Il Trovatore on WPLN's "Live in Studio C"

If you haven't had a chance to listen to John Hoomes' preview of Giuseppe Verdi's Il trovatore on our web site (click on the Screening Room), just tune in to Nashville Public Radio (WPLN 90.3 FM) this Tuesday, April 1 at 11:06 am. Host Will Griffin will welcome John, principal cast members, and Chorusmaster Amy Tate Williams to "Live in Studio C." They will discuss the opera and perform a few arias. The program will be re-broadcast at 8:06 pm that evening and also from their web site, www.wpln.org.

Feeling lucky? Nashville Opera Raffle Tickets are available for $50 each or 5 tickets for $200. No more than 2,000 raffle tickets will be offered - so the odds of winning either $15,000 in cash or a $20,000 BMW of Nashville gift certificate are great. See our web site for details and a complete listing of all rules. Help Nashville Opera continue to provide students throughout Middle Tennessee with music and performance education!

Look for king-size Raise Your Glasses billboards on MTA buses all across Nashville. More than 16 local personalities took time out of their busy schedules to help get the word out about Nashville's hometown opera company. See all of the billboards at: www.raiseyourglasses.org.
